How Arcane Realm RNG handles account and game data.
What we collect
Arcane Realm RNG may collect an email address and account information when you create or sign in to an account. If you use cloud saves, the service stores your game progress, including game currencies, inventory, wheel progression, potions, materials, Awakening progress, refinery state, and related game state.
How we use data
We use this information only to provide account sign-in, cloud saving, restoring progress, connecting the website with the Chrome extension, operating the game, and maintaining account security and reliability.
Where data is stored
Account and cloud-save data is stored using Supabase. Data transmitted between the website, extension, and services is sent over HTTPS.
Local saves
The extension can keep a guest save locally in Chrome storage so the game can be played without an account. Local game progress is separate from a registered cloud account until the player chooses to link or load account data.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the authentication information needed to sign you into your Arcane Realm account. Arcane Realm RNG does not use Google account data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell user data or use it for personalized advertising. Data is shared with service providers only when necessary to provide the game's account, authentication, storage, and security features, or when required by law.
Data control
Players can use the account system to access their account and cloud save. Administrative access is restricted to authorized Arcane Realm administrators for game-support and security functions.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Arcane Realm RNG uses information received through Google and Chrome-related services only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed game and account features and in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the game's account or data practices change. The current version is published on this website.
